1. Beta service
Open Aircrafts is in a controlled beta. Features may change, be unavailable, or contain errors. Beta users agree to report problems and understand that the service is provided "as is" during beta [COUNSEL TO CONFIRM WARRANTY DISCLAIMER].
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and be authorized to act for any organization you register (including an FBO).
3. What Open Aircrafts is and is not
Open Aircrafts is a software platform connecting pilots, instructors, FBOs and aircraft owners. It is not an air carrier, does not operate aircraft, and is not a flight school or maintenance provider. Platform data assists but never authorizes dispatch, certifies airworthiness, issues endorsements, or overrides FBO requirements. Portable checkouts do not remove FAA or operator requirements.
4. Pilot responsibility
Pilots remain pilot in command and are responsible for regulatory compliance and safety of flight.
5. FBO and owner responsibility
FBOs and owners control their aircraft, requirements and dispatch decisions and are responsible for airworthiness and insurance.
6. Payments
Payments are processed by a third-party processor. During beta, [BETA PAYMENT TERMS]. Refunds per the applicable Cancellation & Refund Policy.
7. Acceptable use
No false credentials, no circumventing safety requirements, no unlawful use.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access for safety, accuracy, or misuse.
