Common questions
How do I delete my account and data?
Open Profile and choose Delete Account, or send a request on our account deletion page, which works without signing in.
How do I report a post or message, or block someone?
In Community, Messages and Chat, use the Report or Block option on the content or person. Reports go to our admin team for review. Email us if you need urgent help.
I can’t sign in or my account is locked.
Use the password reset option on the sign-in screen. If that doesn’t work, email us from the address on your account.
I have a question about a booking, payment or membership.
